Yes. The Empowering Mastering You well-being program runs online every Tuesday evening, 6:30–7:30 PM. IEHP study groups (MCCQE1 and NAC OSCE preparation) also run online in the evenings, Monday through Thursday, 7:00–9:00 PM.

No. English Conversation Circles and Learn English Through Art sessions are specifically designed to help participants improve their English in a welcoming, low-pressure environment. You do not need fluent English to join.

Yes, virtual counselling via telephone and video conferencing are available, as well as in-person counselling.
