CCSYR Seniors’ Program

A busy calendar and friendly people who feel like family.

A Place to Belong — Seniors’ Program in York Region

Maybe you’re looking for people to spend time with. Maybe you want to try something new, stay active, or give back a little. Whatever brought you here, there’s a place for you in our Seniors’ Program. Our staff and volunteers understand your language and your background, and offer everything from quiet one-on-one support to full group activities — online, in person, drop in, or every week, whatever suits you.

Stay Active, Stay Connected

Getting older brings real changes — health, family, sometimes loss. Gentle fitness, stretching, dance, knitting, painting, drawing, yoga — these sessions keep you moving and engaged, and bring you together with people who become genuine friends along the way.

More Ways to Stay Involved as Seniors

  • Client Advisory Group
  • Special events
  • Direct client support
