Board Member
Jason is a senior risk, compliance, and governance executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across Canada’s financial services, insurance, and payroll sectors. He currently serves as Vice President, Risk and Compliance at ADP Canada, where he leads enterprise-wide programs encompassing regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, privacy, anti-money laundering, business resiliency, and governance. He is recognized for building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational risk culture, and enabling sustainable growth through sound governance, ethical leadership, and regulatory excellence
Throughout his career, Jason has held senior leadership roles with ADP Canada, Canada Life, BMO Insurance, RBC Insurance, and Royal Bank of Canada. He has advised boards of directors, executive committees, and regulators on matters relating to governance, consumer protection, market conduct, privacy, operational risk, and regulatory strategy. His experience spans complex regulatory environments and includes extensive engagement with provincial and federal regulators, industry associations, and executive leadership teams across Canada. An active contributor to the financial services industry, Jason has served in leadership positions with the Canadian Association of Financial Institutions in Insurance (CAFII) and has participated in numerous Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association (CLHIA) committees and working groups, helping advance discussions on compliance, consumer protection, and regulatory policy.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Jason is deeply committed to community service and faith-based leadership. He served as Vice President of the Finance Committee for Paroisse du Sacré-CÅ“ur in Toronto, providing stewardship and governance oversight in support of the parish’s mission and community initiatives and is currently an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion at St. Elizabeth Seton Parish, supporting parish life through ministry and service to the community. His dedication to service reflects a career grounded in integrity, accountability, stewardship, and a commitment to helping others.
Jason holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Cambrian College and has completed executive development programs in leadership, process improvement, conflict management, labour relations, and organizational effectiveness. Jason brings a combination of executive leadership, governance expertise, regulatory insight, and a longstanding commitment to service, enabling him to contribute meaningfully to organizations dedicated to strengthening and supporting the communities they serve.
