Christina is a seasoned communications and public affairs professional with more than 15 years of experience in government and health care. She spent a decade working at Queen’s Park, where she supported a number of different Cabinet Ministers across multiple portfolios playing a key role in developing and communicating public policy initiatives aimed at improving the lives of Ontarians. More recently, Christina has applied her expertise within a local hospital system in York Region, continuing her commitment to community-focused public service.

The daughter of first-generation Canadians who immigrated from the former Yugoslavia, Christina has a strong understanding of the challenges faced by newcomers. She is committed to giving back as a member of the Board by helping others build a strong foundation in their new community. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Public and International Affairs from the Glendon School of Public Affairs. She currently lives in Vaughan.
