Position Overview
As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator - Student Placement, you’ll assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and supporting community outreach efforts. This role is ideal for college students looking to fulfill placement requirements, gain real-world experience, and build a strong portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Assist with marketing strategies for CCSYR’s programs and services.
- Content Creation: Develop social media posts, website updates, and email newsletters.
- Social Media Management: Maintain and schedule posts across platforms; track engagement.
- Digital Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and reports.
- Event Promotion: Help create materials and promote events and webinars.
- Marketing Materials: Design flyers, brochures, and presentations for outreach initiatives.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms, basic SEO, familiarity with Canva or Adobe, and content management systems (CMS).
- Education: Enrolled in a college program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
