The Welcome to Canada Orientation includes Education workshops designed for newly arrived high school and elementary students and their parents to help them adapt easily to their schools and the community. 
  • Elementary Workshops:  Getting to know your school, Parent-Teacher Interviews, Parenting in Canada
  • High School Workshops: Graduation Requirements, Managing School Life, Who Does What in school
  • Agency Information booths:  Various non-profit agencies will display and distribute their materials and answer queries from participants
  • Light lunch and Childcare (JK-Gr3) will be provided
