  • The focus of your walk-In will be on creating a short-term plan that will make a difference for you right away – using the strengths, resources, and supports you have right now.

  • Pop-up Walk-in Clinic service is now available for free during the first session and first visit.

  • Last session will start one hour before the end time.

  • Please note that the service fees and timings mentioned in this flyer are subject to change by CCSYR.
