CCSYR journey: Started in the role of ISAP Settlement Worker back in 1998. In 2005 became NSP Coordinator and in 2010 with opening of RHWC moved to the role of Settlement Manager. Until 2023, provided direct support and supervision to NSP and ISAP settlement teams across WC system. In addition, had a key role in several agency projects such as development of CCSYR Settlement database, RHWC opening, planning of staff social activities. Since 2023 taken the role of Data Management and Quality Assurance Manager.
Educational background: BA in Psychology.
