    都市人經常承受不同類型的壓力,因此很可能會對身心健康產生負面影響。三節的工作坊將透過了解自己面對壓力的反應,及學習不同的減壓方法,從而增強處理壓力的能力。

    Urbanites constantly experience different types of stress, so it is likely that this will have a negative impact on their wellbeing. Understanding your personal stress reactions and learning various stress-reduction techniques will help you handle stress better during the three sessions of the workshop.
